VFX Coordinator on AE

Tamar Shaham became part of the team at The Creative-Cartel in 2011 and never looked back. Currently the VFX coordinator on After Earth, Tamar came to The Creative-Cartel after working as a VFX Coordinator and VFX Producer on the vendor side, working on 15 films in addition to commercials and other projects at Filmworks/FX and CosFX. Tamar entered the production side after working as a freelance 3D animator, which also included a stint as a previs artist at Proof. This artist background began while studying at USC where she interned at James Cameron’s Earthship Productions and The Orphanage, while also participating in the Visual Effects Society’s mentorship program. With degrees in both 3D Animation and Psychology of all things, Tamar has the dubious distinction of being the only sane person at The Creative-Cartel.
